C.I.T.E is a flood monitoring project funded by the National Science Foundation. It brings together coastal communities in Plaquemines, St. Bernard, Orleans, St. Charles, and St. John the Baptist Parishes to collect and share flood data. Residents help design the monitoring system and provide real information that improves flood maps and planning. Get involved by joining a Community Advisory Team, attending meetings, becoming a flood monitor, or sharing feedback.
